Lakeview Lipizzans is a family-operated farm. We are committed to breeding quality Lipizzans especially with dressage in mind. Though we are a small operation, our horses enjoy living on the large open and rich grass hills of Marin County, California.

One of the most endearing qualities of the Lipizzan breed is its even temperament. In order to help develop this temperament, we imprint all the foals at birth and handle them regularly to develop a respectful relationship between man and horse. The young stock is also in-hand trained so they may be presented at breed shows and evaluations.

Because of this blessing of having space on which to raise horses in the traditional sense, we can arrange a situation whereby our purchased youngsters can stay and grow here, uninterrupted because of new ownership.

Visitors are always welcomed and are encouraged to spend as much time as needed to develop a relationship with these youngsters before deciding on purchase. We understand that these horses are an investment in time, history, and future competitive success.
